A side project aimed at experimenting with the Laravel framework.
The purpose of Taskman is to help stakeholders of a development team to manage their tasks. The app must keep track of the projects and duties assigned to the team members, allow them to report their daily work, and generate meaningful reports.

A quick study of the target group identified three types of users: the Project Manager, the Developer and the Client. For each user I imagined a typical scenario.

Based on that, I concluded that they will use the app frequently on a mobile device, for instance in a meeting or during a commute. Being a productivity tool, the time spent on each action must be as short as possible, whether it is a daily work report or a consultation.
